What is it?

A new event!

Sorry I lied it’s not a new event and it is ending in like less than 5 days. (edit: it’s already over)

Vs Live is the event where you cheer for your favorite idol! You use Yell Points/エールポイント which you can after you view the idol’s events (10point/event), it doesn’t matter whether you have seen the event before or not, but skinship mode doesn’t give points :c

You get bonuses like Yell Points/エールポイント, リーチ ($$) or items, and even a poster of your favorite guy if you reach 10k points by 27/5. ヽ(*´∀`)ﾉ

So how do you play it?

First you will have to access Tokimeki channel by pressing the small TV icon on the left. When you first access the event, you will have to select the group you wish to cheer for and then choose your ‘Favorite’ guy. This will affect the bonus poster you get (if you reach 10k points) and the song played in the Live mode game. You can change your favorite anytime you like.

You will consume エールポイント or Yell Points to play the cheering mini game. You can check the amount of Yell Points you have in the home screen. Yell Points are obtained after viewing any normal heart events of the idols during the event period or from buying the new exclusive recovery items from the item store. 

By playing the cheering mini game, you will earn Yell Score/エールスコア. The total Yell Score can be viewed in you info, and there are many different bonuses you get after you reach a certain amount.

The special bonuses: 1 posters of your last ‘favorite’ guy at the end of the event + if you reach certain ranking you will get special event (?) tickets both of these are collected at the end of the event.

Mini game:

Okay, this is similar to skinship mode. You will need to tap hearts/marks again, but this time you can tap EVERYTHING. Although there is a kind of heart with a higher score point that appears only if you tap the same type of heart consecutively, personally, I just tap everything. (　´_ゝ`) My reaction isn’t fast enough for me to distinguish between types + I usually get a higher score when I tap everything.

Choosing seats:

SS seats are obviously the BEST, 1.67 times the normal points, however it is only opened for 1 hour and everyone’s SS opening hours are different. S seats are just for people who want to play less I guess, since there isn’t really a bonus.

Victory Bonus:

Added after the mini game, from 10% up to 150% (increases by 10% for every victory), reseted every 6 hours.

Post-event will be up from 29th May to 5th June, you can attend it without any Yell Point. (phew) You can type into the comment box while the idols talk (?), you can also see other’s comments, so basically it’s like one big open event? Of course the winners are… I will refrain from giving spoilers. After that they will play the winning group’s song.

The ranking bonus gift will be distributed on the 4th of June.
